Your logo, stitched in.

Polos, quarter-zips, jackets, fleece and workwear decorated on our own machines in Dayton. We digitize your logo once — after that it lives on file, and every reorder runs from the same stitch file, on any garment, in any colour.

What we put it on

A short list of a long one

If thread will hold on it, we'll stitch it. Mix garment types and colours on one order — the minimum is per job, not per style.

How the job runs

4 steps

No surprises. You see a proof before anything runs, and you approve it before we cut a single piece.

  1. Step 1 / 4

    Send artwork

Vector is best. Within a business day we'll tell you whether the logo stitches as-is or needs a small redraw — before you've paid for anything.

  2. Step 2 / 4

    Digitize once

Your logo becomes a stitch file: path order, density, underlay, pull compensation. Charged once. Every reorder after that runs free off the same file.

  3. Step 3 / 4

    Approve the sew-out

We stitch a physical sample on the same fabric you ordered and photograph it. Thread numbers come with it. Nothing runs until you say go.

  4. Step 4 / 4

    Run and ship

Folded, individually bagged on request, shipped nationwide or ready for pickup in Dayton.

Send us artwork

Before we can proof

The faster the artwork is right, the faster the proof is in your inbox. Here's what we need.

File types

Vector preferred — AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined. A 300 dpi PNG on a transparent background works for most left-chest marks.

What won't stitch

Screenshots, website JPEGs, and anything under 300 dpi. Fine gradients, drop shadows and hairlines under 1 mm close up in thread — we'll show you a fix.

Thread colours

We match to Madeira thread numbers and send the match with your proof. Pantone gets close, not exact — thread is a different material.

Placement

Tell us where it goes and we mark it on the proof: left chest, right chest, sleeve, back yoke, cuff, collar.

Questions we get

5 answers
Do I pay digitizing every time I reorder?

No. Digitizing is one-time per logo. Once it's on file, every reorder — next month or next year, any garment, any colour — runs off the same file at no extra charge.

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, we decorate customer-supplied goods. Send a couple of spares in case of a machine defect, and understand we can't warranty a garment we didn't buy.

How small can lettering go?

Anything under about 1/4 inch tall starts closing up in thread. If your logo has a tagline that small, we'll usually suggest dropping it or setting it separately.

Can I mix embroidery and printing on one order?

Yes. Embroidered polos for the front counter and DTF-printed tees for the crew can run as one job, one invoice, one shipment.

Do you add individual names?

Yes — names, titles and numbers. Send us the list in a spreadsheet with the exact spelling and we'll proof it back to you before we run it.

Ready when you are.

Send the artwork, the garment and the quantity. You get a written quote and a sew-out proof before anything runs — no deposit to find out what it costs.
