The whole roster, handled.

Teams, schools, churches, crews and companies. We source the blanks, run a sizing kit, print or stitch names and numbers, sort every order by person, and get it all out the door together — so nobody's chasing one missing jersey the week of the game.

What we put it on

A short list of a long one

One job can carry several decoration methods — embroidered coaches' polos, DTF player tees, patch hats for the parents — on one invoice, in one box.

How the job runs

4 steps

No surprises. You see a proof before anything runs, and you approve the roster before a single name is printed.

  1. Step 1 / 4

    Scope the roster

Head count, garment, budget per person, and the deadline. We work backwards from the date you actually need it in hand.

  2. Step 2 / 4

    Sizing kit and proof

A try-on kit ships out so nobody guesses. Meanwhile you approve a proof of the front mark and the name and number layout.

  3. Step 3 / 4

    Collect the roster

Send the roster in a spreadsheet — name, number, size. We proof it back so you catch spellings before we print them.

  4. Step 4 / 4

    Run, sort, deliver

Decorated, sorted and bagged by person, labelled, and delivered as one shipment. No hunting for a missing size.

Send us artwork

Before we can proof

Team jobs are less about file format and more about getting the roster right. Both matter.

Logo files

Vector preferred — AI, EPS, outlined PDF. Schools and leagues can usually get this from their athletic office or a previous supplier; ask before you settle for a JPEG.

The roster

Send a spreadsheet: name, number, size, one row per person. We proof it back verbatim — what's in the sheet is what gets printed.

Licensed marks

School and league logos often need written permission. If you don't have it in writing, tell us early and we'll help work out what's allowed.

Numbers

Numbers run 6–8 inches on a back and about 4 inches on a front or sleeve. Tell us the league rule if there is one.

Questions we get

5 answers
Can we get a sizing kit before ordering?

Yes, and we recommend it for any roster over about 20 people. Try-on samples ship out, you collect real sizes, and we avoid a pile of reorders.

Can you sort and bag by player?

Yes, at no extra charge. Every order goes out bagged and labelled per person — hand out the bag and you're done.

What if we need to add someone late?

Send it over. Add-ons run at the same per-piece price with no new setup, though they usually ship separately.

Can we set up an online store for parents to order from?

Yes — a time-limited store where families order and pay directly, then everything runs as one batch when it closes. Tell us the window you want it open.

Do you handle church and ministry apparel too?

Yes — and for a church running an ongoing program, our sister brand Steeple & Stitch Co is built exactly for that.

Ready when you are.

Send the head count, the garment and the date you need it in hand. You get a written quote and a proof before anything runs.

Six more capabilities

Everything is decorated in-house, by the same family, on the same schedule. Bundle methods on one job and it ships together.
