Something they'll actually keep.

Acrylic, crystal, wood, slate and glass — engraved in-house, so a late name change on Thursday doesn't cost you the banquet on Saturday. Recognition pieces for banquets, retirements, service milestones, tournaments and sales years.

What we put it on

A short list of a long one

One design, one setup, engraved individually with each recipient's name — no extra charge for the fact that every one is different.

How the job runs

4 steps

No surprises. You approve the layout and the full name list before a single piece is engraved.

  1. Step 1 / 4

    Pick the piece

Tell us the occasion, the head count and the budget per award. We come back with three options at three price points, with photos.

  2. Step 2 / 4

    Lay out the wording

Organization, award title, recipient, date. We set the layout and send a proof — this is where typos get caught, so read it twice.

  3. Step 3 / 4

    Confirm the name list

Send recipients in a spreadsheet with exact spellings and any titles. We proof the list back verbatim before anything is engraved.

  4. Step 4 / 4

    Engrave and deliver

Each piece engraved individually, boxed, and ready for the event. Tell us the event date up front and we work backwards from it.

Before we can proof

Awards are unforgiving — a misspelled name can't be undone. Here's how we make sure it doesn't happen.

Logo files

Vector preferred — AI, EPS, outlined PDF. Engraving is one tone, so a high-contrast mark reproduces best. We'll flag anything that won't hold at award size.

The name list

A spreadsheet with exact spellings, accents, suffixes and titles as you want them engraved. We copy it literally — what you send is what gets burned in.

Wording template

Most awards read: organization, award name, recipient, then date. Send yours in that order and we'll set it; send it another way and we'll follow yours.

Deadline

Tell us the event date, not the date you want it shipped. We build the schedule backwards from the banquet and tell you the real cut-off for name changes.

Questions we get

5 answers
Can every award have a different name?

Yes, at no extra cost. Each piece is engraved individually, so a hundred different names is the same job as a hundred identical ones.

How late can I change a name?

Later than you'd expect — we engrave in-house, so there's no outside vendor in the loop. We give you a hard cut-off when we take the order; before that, changes are free.

Do you supply the awards or can I bring my own?

Either. We source acrylic, crystal, wood, slate and glass, or we'll engrave pieces you already have — we just can't warranty items we didn't supply.

Can you do a perpetual plaque with yearly plates?

Yes. Big board once, then a new engraved plate each year. Keep our file reference and reorders are quick and cheap.

What does an award actually cost?

It ranges widely by material and size. Give us the head count and a per-award budget and we'll come back with three real options rather than a catalogue.

Ready when you are.

Send the occasion, the head count and the event date. You get three options with photos and a written quote before you commit.
