Richardson 112 Trucker Hat with Custom Embroidery
A custom embroidered trucker, stitched in our Dayton shop. You pick the colorway, where the logo goes, and whether it sits flat or raised. We digitize your artwork and run it on a genuine Richardson 112.
How it works
- Pick your colorway — six two- and three-tone options.
- Pick your placement — front panel or side.
- Pick your style — flat embroidery, or 3D puff for a raised, dimensional stitch (+$3).
- Upload your logo — vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). A 300 dpi PNG with a transparent background works too.
We digitize your artwork into a stitch file and send a digital proof. Nothing runs on a machine until you approve it.
Flat or 3D puff?
Flat embroidery handles fine detail, small text, and complex marks. If your logo has thin lines or lots of elements, choose flat.
3D puff raises the stitching over a foam base for a bold, dimensional look — the style you see on team and sports caps. It works best on thick block letters and simple shapes. Fine detail gets lost in the lift.

Turnaround
Single hats through 4 dozen: 5–7 business days.
Larger orders: 10–20 business days, depending on stock availability.

Why the 112
There’s a reason this is the cap most people picture when they hear trucker. Six-panel, mid-profile, precurved bill, cotton-poly twill front with a mesh back and a snapback closure. It fits a wide range of head sizes without much fuss — which matters when you’re ordering for a whole crew and can’t measure everyone.
