Richardson 112 Trucker Hat with Custom Patch

A custom leather patch trucker, built in our Dayton shop. You pick the colorway, the patch shape, and the leather. We laser-cut and engrave your logo, then stitch it onto a genuine Richardson 112.

How it works

1. Pick your colorway — six two- and three-tone options, from Red/White/Navy to Loden/Black.
2. Pick your patch shape — round, rectangle, chevron, or a custom shape laser-cut to your artwork.
3. Pick your leather — light brown, rawhide, dark brown, or black.
4. Upload your logo — vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). A 300 dpi PNG with a transparent background works too.

You get a digital proof before anything is cut. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Turnaround

Single hats through 4 dozen: 5–7 business days.
Larger orders: 10–20 business days, depending on stock availability.

Why the 112

There’s a reason this is the cap most people picture when they hear trucker. Six-panel, mid-profile, precurved bill, cotton-poly twill front with a mesh back and a snapback closure. It fits a wide range of head sizes without much fuss — which matters when you’re ordering for a whole crew and can’t measure everyone.

Who orders these

Company crews, ball teams, church groups, fundraisers, reunions, trade shows, and anyone who wants their mark on something people will actually wear. A leather patch reads more finished than a printed logo, and it wears in rather than out.
