OTTO 112-1 Trucker Hat with Custom Patch
A custom leather patch trucker, built in our Dayton shop. You pick the colorway, the patch shape, and the leather. We laser-cut and engrave your logo, then stitch it onto an OTTO 112-1.
How it works
- Pick your colorway — seven options, from Black/Black/White to Brown/Brown/Khaki.
- Pick your patch shape — round, rectangle, chevron, or a custom shape laser-cut to your artwork.
- Pick your leather — light brown, rawhide, dark brown, or black.
- Upload your logo — vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). A 300 dpi PNG with a transparent background works too.
You get a digital proof before anything is cut. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Turnaround
Single hats through 4 dozen: 5–7 business days.
Larger orders: 10–20 business days, depending on stock availability.

Why the OTTO 112-1
Structured front panels with full buckram — which is the reason we like it for patch work. A firm front holds its shape and gives the leather a flat, stable surface to sit on, so the patch stays square instead of bowing with the panel. Mid profile, mesh back, snap closure, cotton twill sweatband.
