Logo Digitizing — One-Time Setup

A one-time fee to convert your logo into an embroidery file. Add this once per design — not once per hat.

What it covers

Embroidery machines can’t read a PNG, a PDF, or a JPG. Your artwork has to be redrawn as a stitch file — every stitch, every direction, every color change mapped by hand. That’s digitizing, and it’s where a logo either survives the translation or falls apart.

When you don’t need it

If we’ve stitched this logo for you before, we still have the file. Choose Use Logo on File on the hat and skip this — you only pay to digitize a design once, ever.

What other shops charge

Setup and digitizing fees commonly run $30 to $45 elsewhere, and some shops charge it again each time you come back with the same design. Ours is $15, once.
